Returns and Refunds

Lucaniko.it accepts returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that the products are intact and unopened. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect products.

RETURNS

To request a return, the Customer must send a request to the address lucanikofood@gmail.com specifying the items to be returned.

Each product must be returned including all labels, packaging, and original accessories received together with the order.

lucaniko.it reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all the specified conditions.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item is accepted.

lucaniko.it will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
